To ensure a seamless and efficient service from Kurian Outdoor Solutions INC, we kindly ask for your cooperation in preparing your home as follows: Arrival Checklist

  • Please ensure all windows are securely closed and locked to prevent any inadvertent water ingress.
  • We advise turning off all exterior lighting to conserve energy and avoid any potential damage during our service.
  • To safeguard your potted plants and any outdoor fabrics, we request they be relocated approximately 15 feet away from the perimeter of your home. This precaution helps in preventing any accidental damage or staining.
  • Outdoor furniture, barbecue grills, and similar items should be moved to a safe distance from your home. If you need assistance with this, we're more than happy to help upon request.
  • If possible, kindly reserve a parking space for us on your driveway to facilitate easy access to our equipment.
  • Our hoses are vital to our service and can be damaged if driven over. Please be mindful of them and avoid driving over hoses. Should you need them moved, please ask us, and we'll promptly do so. Please note, a surcharge of $129 will apply if hoses are damaged due to being run over.
  • For driveway cleaning services, we ask that all vehicles be removed from the driveway prior to our arrival to ensure a thorough and unobstructed cleaning process.
  • We also advise informing anyone who might be entering or exiting your home during our visit that our detergents could potentially stain clothing. We aim to minimize any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
  • Please be aware of potential trip hazards, such as hoses and ladders, around the work area to ensure the safety of everyone on the premises.
